Based upon the success of the Route 1 Mayors’ Transportation Management Advisory Council, the Greater Mercer TMA contracted with PlanSmart NJ to design a similar project in the Route 130 corridor. PlanSmart NJ convened and facilitated meetings with ten mayors in the corridor to assist them in developing a regional vision for Route 130 and to achieve consensus on how the corridor should function.
